The professional M.2 disk duplicator from Orico allows you to easily clone your system disk, e.g. when moving to a new computer.

Compatibility

The duplicator is compatible with M.2 PCIe/ NVMe drives up to 2 TB. The NVMe interface is compatible with "M Key" and "M+B Key" drives. The device fits discs of any length from 42 to 110 mm.

Cloning a system without software

Disk cloning software is no longer needed, and the SSD cloning process itself is much faster. This will be especially appreciated by people professionally dealing with disks, e.g. in computer repair shops. To duplicate a disk, place it in the slot marked SOURCE and the destination disk in the TARGET port. To start duplicating, you need to press and hold two buttons at once, so there is no risk of starting the process accidentally. LEDs on the duplicator housing indicate cloning progress. Disk imaging can be performed offline, without connecting the station to a computer. A 5V/4A power supply is included in the kit. The capacity of the target disk should be greater than or equal to the source disk. An external docking station is the most convenient tool for cloning SSD drives.

USB-C port

The duplicator can also be used as a docking station for M.2 SSDs, and the convenient symmetrical USB-C port is compatible with the USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard. Real data transfer is as much as 903 MB per second when reading and 861 MB/s when writing. The included 0.5m USB-A and USB-C cables allow you to connect the station to modern laptops, desktops, and even game consoles or TVs with a USB-A port. This makes the device versatile and can be used as additional storage for your PS4 or TV. The total capacity of 4 TB is definitely enough to accumulate a large collection of movies or game saves.

Plug and play and OTG

The M.2 drive duplicator is plug and play compatible, which means it works with Windows/Linux/Mac computers without installing drivers. Additionally, the On the go (OTG) function allows you to connect it to mobile devices.
