What systems does the smartwatch work with?

NEXANO ACTIVE is compatible with Android 9.0 or later and iOS 12.0 or later. You need the FitBeing app to fully operate the watch.

How to properly connect the watch to the phone?

Pair the watch directly in the FitBeing app. Do not first connect it manually in your phone's Bluetooth settings, as this can cause sync issues, notifications, and conversations.

Once paired, the app may ask you to accept an additional Bluetooth connection responsible for calls.

How does GPS work on the watch?

Choose a workout that uses GPS and wait for the satellites to connect before starting the activity. The dual-band GPS L1 + L5 module records route, distance, pace and speed without having to take your phone.

Do GPX routes work without a phone?

Yes. After importing the GPX route and sending it to the watch, you can observe its course and use the route without constantly reaching for your phone.

Can you swim with a watch?

Yes. ACTIVE has a water resistance class of 5 ATM and is adapted for swimming and training in water.

Can you make calls through your watch?

Yes. The smartwatch allows you to answer and make Bluetooth calls, use the numeric keypad, call history and save 20 favorite contacts. Built-in microphone and speaker provide very clear call quality.

Can I reply to messages?

Yes. On compatible Android phones, you can send one quick text response or one emoji in response to a message or notification.

The watch also allows you to send a quick message in response to an incoming call. Quick answers can be edited.

What notifications does the watch display?

ACTIVE displays notifications from text messages and popular applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram. The availability of notifications depends on the settings and permissions granted to the FitBeing app on your phone.

Can you listen to music without your phone?

Yes. You can upload your own MP3 files to the watch and play them through connected Bluetooth headphones. Thanks to this, you do not have to have your phone with you during training or walking.

Does the AI assistant work in Polish?

Yes. The AI assistant supports Polish. You can ask questions by voice, and the answers are read by the watch in a natural, clear female voice.

How long does it take to load?

A full charge usually takes about 2 hours, depending on the level of battery discharge. The smartwatch should be charged with a 5 V / 1 A power supply. A suitable AC charger is included.

Do I need an app to work?

The FitBeing app is needed for the first pairing, data synchronization, setting notifications, importing routes, and using smart features.

Basic functions such as step measurement, workouts, alarm or playing music from the watch memory can also work without a current connection to the phone.

What applications can I synchronize data with?

The data can be synchronized with Strava. On Android, the app works with Health Connect, and on Apple devices with Apple Health.

No notifications work or the watch disconnects – what to do?

Make sure that the FitBeing app:

• works in the background,
• has set battery operation as unlimited,
• has access to notifications, Bluetooth and location,
• It is not automatically closed by the phone system.

Also check if your watch has been paired via the FitBeing app and not directly in Bluetooth settings.

Are health functions a medical device?

No. Measurements of heart rate, blood oxygenation, sleep and stress are informative and do not replace professional tests or diagnostics. Smartwatch is not a medical device.
