The hot cycle removes stone, grease, sediment from food debris and sources of unpleasant odor from places you won’t reach with your hand or cloth. The dishwasher washes the dishes of the whole house, and it is cleaned the least often.

The dishwasher goes every day or every other day for years. The interior is cleaned by few people, because the device works in hot water with detergent and it is easy to assume that it also washes itself. However, the detergent is designed for dishes and food debris, and what settles on the machine itself remains.

The problem can only be seen on the dishes: there is a musty smell, particles on the plates and a greasy tarnish on the cutlery. Vinegar removes limescale, but it cannot cope with grease and food residue, which is why the dishwasher needs a measure designed to clean its interior, not home substitutes.

There are four different types of dirt in the dishwasher and each has a different form. The tablet works on everyone at once, so you don’t have to guess which problem is yours.

✅Fat from each batch. Does not evaporate: part drains, part stays in the device and builds up in layers cycle by cycle

✅Sediment from leftover food. Gathers in nooks and crannies, around the filter and in the spray arms, i.e. where you do not look

✅Sources of unpleasant odor. Accumulated sediment in the chamber and at the gasket, which after opening the door can be felt throughout the kitchen. The tablet neutralizes the smell instead of covering it with another smell

1. Toss one tablet into the bottom basket of an empty dishwasher, without dishes and without detergent
2. Run a program with a temperature of minimum 60 degrees, preferably the longest available
3. When finished, open the door, the tablet dissolves completely and nothing remains to be removed

The tablet goes into the bin, not into the detergent dispenser. Recommended Rhythm: once a month. The Eco program and short programs are sometimes too cool for the treatment to give the full effect.

The dissolved tablet circulates with water through the whole interior: bottom, walls, baskets, spray arms and elements in contact with hot water. Manual wiping only covers what you see when you open the door, and most of the sediment collects out of reach of the cloth. After the cycle, a clean chamber is left and fresh smell instead of musty.

Hard water stone is deposited primarily on the heater. The regular cycle helps maintain the performance of the appliance, and the formula is designed for metal and rubber dishwasher components, so it is safe for dishwasher, heater and gaskets. The tablet fits into any dishwasher, built-in and freestanding.

20 tablets of 16 g provide over a year of regular maintenance when used once a month. One full treatment costs about PLN 3 . It's the cheapest thing you'll regularly do for one of the most expensive appliances in your kitchen. Repairing neglected equipment at a service center costs hundreds of zlotys.

1. Are these dishwashing tablets?

No. These tablets clean the dishwasher itself in an empty cycle, without dishes and without detergent. You continue to use dishwashing tablets normally, with each wash. These are two different tasks that complement each other.

2. Is the tablet suitable for every dishwasher and does the chamber have to be empty?

Yes, it is suitable for built-in and freestanding dishwashers, narrow and standard, regardless of brand. The chamber is always empty, without dishes and without detergent, a separate maintenance cycle.

3. Why does the program need to be at least 60 degrees?

The tablet works in heat. At a lower temperature, the sediment dissolves worse and the effect will be weaker. Almost every dishwasher has an Intensive, 60 degree or Hygiene mode, even if you only use Eco on a daily basis.

4. The dishwasher has never been cleaned, is one cycle enough?

With many years of neglect, the cycle is worth repeating. Rinse the filter additionally manually, it is two minutes and stays on the hand side. With regular use, one cycle per month keeps the interior in a constant state.
