FB01 HMS is a specialized rubber for improving the functioning of joints, increasing their mobility and mobility, reducing swelling, restoring free slippage between tissue surfaces, as well as increasing blood flow in a given area of the body. It should be in every athlete’s bag.
The use of FB01 HMS is very simple, just wrap a specific place, joint or muscle with rubber and start performing active or passive movements in a given joint or those that will contract and stretch a specific muscle. When wrapping with tape, we try to maintain about 70% of its tension. Too light wrapping will not bring results and too strong can lead to injuries. The safe time after which the tape should be unwound is about 1.30 to 2 minutes.
FB01 HMS can also be used for occlusive training, in which we block the blood supply to the exercising muscle, introducing it into a state of hypoxia. Thanks to such training, we can lead to muscle hypertrophy using only 20 to 50% of the maximum weight.
