How to properly use XMaster foraminifera – maximum precision and efficiency!

Cooling matters – prepare a sponge:

1. Put the selected hole saw XMaster on the drill.
2. Put it on the sponge and make a hole – thanks to this the sponge will perfectly fit into the foraminifera.
3. Soak the sponge with water – it will act as an effective coolant during drilling.

Principles of proper drilling:

➡ Getting started:

✔ Set the drill to low speed.

✔ Apply the foraminifera to the marked point at an angle of about 45°, starting gently, with a small contact point.

✔ Slowly increase the pressure and rotation by going to a right angle (90°) when the tool starts to bite into the material.

✔ As the foraminifera is aligned – increase the speed.

Cooling control:

✔ Soak the sponge regularly with water to ensure effective cooling during operation.

✔ If you notice overheating of the foraminifera – take a break, cool the tool and only then continue drilling.

✅ Maximum operating speed: 2000 rpm.

✅ Remember the cleanliness – after each use, thoroughly clean the side vents and check their condition before the next drilling.
