• What is the difference between Bio chain cleaner and Bio drive system cleaner? The main difference between the two products is their format and application. Bio Drivetrain Cleaner is a liquid degreaser in a bottle, and Bio Chain Cleaner is a fast-acting aerosol.
• Can I use the Bio Drivetrain bottle to fill my X-3 dirty chain machine? We recommend holding the 75ml applicator bottle that comes with the X-3 Dirty Chain Machine and filling the unit with the 75ml bottle as it has a specially designed hole for this very application!
• Will the bio powertrain cleaner contaminate my disc brakes if excess fluid gets on them? No, the water-soluble formula can be easily rinsed off without causing brake problems.
• How to get rid of the powertrain cleaner? We do not recommend throwing away any chemicals/cleaners in the sewer or on plants/grass, etc. The degreaser should be poured into a disposable towel/cloth and placed in a trash can. When we say that it is fully biodegradable, we mean that the ingredients are biodegradable (decompose over time) as opposed to a chain cleaner that does not biodegrade and does not decompose over time.
