Gypsum sander with dust extraction system and LED ring

The SMART365 grinder is designed to work on large surfaces covered with gypsum finish. It is ideal for smoothing walls and ceilings and e.g. Removal of old paint residue.

You can easily get a smooth, even and aesthetic surface even when the finish was not done by a skilled finishing expert with 20 years of experience!

The simplicity of the device means that excellent results of work will also be obtained by people without experience in this type of work.

There's nothing to hide!

The 360 double LED strip illuminates the work surface at the right angle and high power. This guarantees great visibility of any inequalities that require polishing exactly where we are working now.

This eliminates the need to use and constantly adjust additional halogen lamps, making work faster and more pleasant.

The LED backlight is switched on with a separate switch protected by a rubber cover to prevent dust from entering. This also allows you to work without an additional light source.

Thoughtful and refined design

The detachable part of the cover allows the grinder disc to reach the corners, minimizing the need for manual surface finishing.

Convenient operation for right and left handed. The handle can be mounted on both sides of the grinder, which allows you to customize the device to your needs and increases the comfort of work.

The handle of the device covered with rubber and non-slip grooves increases comfort and precision.

Innovative solutions

During operation, the device produces a vacuum that helps to keep the clamping force of the grinding wheel to the treated surface at a constant level. This force can be adjusted with a knob on the shield.

Work without ubiquitous dust. The device generates a vacuum that drains dust into the included bag.

Universal connection and hose also allow you to connect any industrial vacuum cleaner.

Adapts to any task

Stepless rotation adjustment in the range of 1400-2700 rpm allows for precise adjustment of the rotational speed to the sandpaper gradation used and the type of sanded surface.

The grinder is equipped with a lock that releases the operator from the need to constantly hold the switch.

Simple operation and maintenance

The device is equipped with a standard grinding plate with a diameter of 180 mm with velcro. The universality of the solution makes it easy to access accessories.

Spare carbon brushes are included in the kit. The grinder design with easily accessible brush sockets allows for quick replacement without having to disassemble the device housing. This task does not require specialist knowledge. We buy a device that not is disposable.
