Sea Guard braces are a model strictly designed for working in water, which was created in cooperation with the WOPR Katowice Rescue Dogs Section.

Training with a load - Intervention with facilitation:

Currently, we present a basic construction, short with medium buoyancy, which encourages greater effort - here the dog feels support only in the front of the torso. Since these braces do not "lazy", the main purpose is so training and training.

In the near future, the offer will be complemented by a fully displacement component attached to the harness and such a set will then receive a recommendation for non-simulated work.

In addition to utilitarian comfort, the harness has a full range of fastenings: tow and pull-out handles, hooks for attaching floats and a classic guard hook.

Naturally, this model can also be proposed in the form of an amateur dog who spends a lot of time in the water.

Construction

Sea Gurd short braces are based on a classic guard cut with a cross on the sternum handle and an adjustable fastening belt. This is however a model adapted to work in water and in many ways differs from the classic guard design.

These harnesses are made exclusively in the Light PP version from non-sinking tapes, only the main handles are Alp-PA tapes - still lighter than polyester.

The filling of the pillows is foam ensuring the buoyancy of the harness and wearing comfort. However, it should be taken into account that sa are short braces with medium displacement designed primarily for the training of rescue dogs.

The Sea Guard design is fastened with two buckles on both sides - the dog does not move his paws.

Additional equipment:

🐾 Reflective bands x 3pcs. – after placing the order, please send a message to the seller with the choice of color of bands - white/yellow (preview photo on the right). It is worth noting that reflective bands are not covered by the 10-year warranty, which is why they are interchangeable and fastened with Velcro.

Tailor-made execution

Note: This listing represents the size of ML for dogs whose chest circumference (pronounced B) ranges from 58 to 82 cm. SM and LG sizes are available in other offers.

Braces are made to measure with Fit Guarantee. Therefore, the condition for the execution of the order is sending the dog's data:

Legend to measurement scheme:

A - Circumference of the neck base at the height of the withers and the handle of the sternum

B - Chest circumference just in front of the front paws

C - Length of the back from the withers to the base of the tail

How to measure a dog?

Measures should be removed, using a centimeter, when the dog stands in an upright position - head high and raised tail.

When measuring large circuits, please make sure that the centimeter has not turned to the opposite side.

circuits should be measured without slack so that the centimeter closely adheres especially when the robe is fluffy.

Below we provide a collection of selected breeds with the main measuring points marked: handle bridge, withers and tail base.

Cleaning and storage:

To keep the equipment in excellent condition, we recommend regular cleaning with a dry brush, and in situations necessary rinse only by hand in lukewarm water with the possible use of standard washing agents.
