Good training at home

The HERTZ FITNESS Basic electric treadmill has been created for novice users, making the device really easy to use. It is a solid machine with a maximum load of 120 kg, for performing strong training. Training on a stationary bike enables the burning of unnecessary body fat and improvement of cardiopulmonary efficiency. In addition, during exercise, we reduce the level of cortisol in the blood, i.e. the stress hormone, and we produce a large dose of serotonin, i.e. the happiness hormone. Simply put, thanks to regular exercises, our well-being will improve significantly.

Convenient display

LCD display enables easy navigation and quick setting of the most important parameters of the device. The most important parameters that can be checked: time, distance, pulse and calories burned. The user can use their own settings or activate one of the training programs, which have different intensity and degree of difficulty.

Pulse control

When training on an ergometer, it is important to always carefully observe your current heart rate. For this purpose, you can quickly and easily use touch sensors on the steering wheel. Just grab the oval sensors with your hand and a pulse will appear on the computer display.

Possibility of submission
