The secondary chamber can be inflated to pressure, which allows the stainless steel foot lever to release compressed air instantly, continuously, quickly and easily by embedding the tire foot.

Note: When using Pressure Over Drive as a regular pump, fill the air chamber before the air begins to flow into the empty tire/tube. When refilling a tire/tube that already has pressure, the chamber will need to reach the same pressure as the tire/tube at the beginning before it can continue pumping.
