Is this lift for me❓

The two-column automatic lift is suitable for handling virtually any passenger car, from a 2-door coupe to large 4x4 off-road cars. The load capacity of 4000kg (4T) will also allow smaller vans to be lifted.

In the case of powerless power supply, the lift is controlled from one column, so that controlling we do not have to walk around the lift. During installation, you can decide on which side to install the control box.

What about the scope of repairs ❓

Our lift is great for repairing suspension as well as cyanobacteria or gearbox. Of course, high lifting (over 195 cm) will allow you to make any inspection and even tall people work comfortably and are not limited by movement.

✅ Working range of TM-Group lift arms

The lift is equipped with three-stage arms. The arms allow for more stable lifting of the car in the range greater than two-stage counterparts.

The dimensions of the arms from our lift are included in the technical drawing below.

Work safety is not only a great lift but also the ground under the lift, the correct attachment of the lift to a properly prepared floor is a key element in maintaining health and safety rules

There are 2 methods of preparing the substrate for the 4T two-column lift:

Uniform Plate Method:

• substrate area 1,6 - 2,0 m x 4 m x 30 cm
• maximum flat surface
• minimum thickness of the foundation slab: 30 cm
• minimum concrete class C20/25 (formerly called B25)
• 28 days, waiting time for the floor to dry and harden (in the case of a fresh spout)
• The floor must be in the form of a homogeneous concrete slab, with the above-mentioned parameters.
