Principle of operation of electromagnetic lock

• with the push of a button we lift the vehicle up, while lifting we hear the characteristic clicking of ratchets
• We stop the lift at working height
• After stopping the actuators, press the lock button, and the ratchet falls into the tooth of the locking strip.
• The vehicle is mechanically protected, not only hydraulically

Leaving the vehicle

• Just press the lowering button to activate the electromagnet that lifts the ratchet and unlocks the trolley.
• Actuators can safely leave the car.

DIMENSIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBSTRATE:

Substrate requirements – two-column lift

The lift should be set on a leveled, dry foundation, without dust and other impurities.

The floor should be made at least 28 days before the assembly date.

The minimum foundation conditions should be as follows:

• Concrete class min. B25 or higher
• Minimum substrate thickness: 30 cm
• Load capacity of the surface minimum 2,1 kg / mm2
• Micro-reinforcement or reinforcement below 20 cm from the floor surface is permitted.
• These characteristics must be guaranteed on a minimum surface area of 4000 mm wide, 1500 mm long
• Permissible unevenness of the floor: 5 mm
• ELECTRICAL CONNECTION Prepare a 4-wire cable with a cross-section of 2,5 mm2 .
