Two-way thermostatic cooling valve is used to protect against overheating of the central heating heat source. The outflow and filling valve are controlled by a thermostatic element.
The outflow valve opens when the limit opening temperature is reached, which allows excess overheated water to flow into the sewage system from the central heating system.
At the same time, a water filling valve from the water supply system is opened.
When the temperature drops in the central heating system below the opening temperature, both valves close. If there is a water pressure higher than 6 bar in the water supply system, a pressure reducer should be used.
Two-way thermostatic cooling valve - DOES NOT replace the safety valve.
