1. Go to the manufacturer’s website.
2. During the activation process, enter your Care Refresh code, device serial number and your details.
3. When the activation time has expired, it will be necessary to send a verification video to DJI. Once approved, the service must be activated within 72 hours.
4. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the drone. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail.

To make Flyaway Coverage available, link your DJI account and control apparatus to your drone using the DJI Fly app. If you do not do this before the possible loss of the drone, its replacement will not be possible. It is necessary to attach logs from the flight to the report.

• Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories. Stealing or abandoning a product. Damage caused by flight in inappropriate weather conditions.
• Transmitter, accessory, deliberate loss of drone, damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
• Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure and faults occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
• Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.
• Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the manual for use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
• Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
