DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that provides you with two replacements of damaged equipment per year for a small additional fee . Covers damage caused by, among other things , collision or contact with water . The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent to new . The service package can be activated once up to 48 hours after the activation (first launch) of the drone or at a later date after submitting the verification video to DJI . It is also possible to extend the protection – just purchase an additional annual plan (maximum twice – you get a total of up to 3 years). Moreover, the official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service validity period.

For the DJI Flip drone, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 199. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 849. *

DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a completely new drone if the previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. In case of unintentional loss of the drone, it is enough to pay an appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (applies to selected drone models) – also to those who purchased it before the introduction of Flyaway.

• DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two exchanges and the possibility to use Flyaway Coverage once.

• DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers four replacements and the ability to use Flyaway Coverage twice.

To use Flyaway Coverage, you must associate your DJI account and control apparatus with your drone using the DJI Fly app. If he does not do this before the device escapes, he will not be able to use the exchange service.

2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).

3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail. Your drone is safe now!

It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product 48 hours after its activation. To do this, you need to send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer.

The procedure for dealing with an accident is very simple. All you have to do is report a failure and send damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service – do not forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can choose whether you decide on it or prefer to use the replacement as part of the Service. When you choose the second option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee – you will receive the replaced device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where you purchased the DJI Care Refresh service, the shipping will be paid by the manufacturer!

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among others, falling, drowning, collision or accident caused by disruption of the equipment signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the fault of the operator.

6) Housing damage that does not affect the performance of the product.

7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.

9) Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.

10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations contained in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.

11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
