Easy installation and placement

Users can easily extend the range of a wireless network, without the use of any additional cables, by placing the device within the range of an existing wireless network. All you need to do is press the WPS button on the router and then, within two minutes, the Range Extender button on the amplifier.

Ethernet connection

The TL-WA850RE’s single Ethernet port allows the device to be used as a network adapter to connect wired devices such as Blu-ray® players, game consoles and digital TV set-top boxes to the wireless network. In addition, the device can simultaneously grant access to the wireless network.

Intelligent signal strength indicator

The amplifier is equipped with 5 diodes showing the strength of the received wireless signal. This indicator is helpful in selecting the optimal location for the device.

In order for the device to work at optimal performance, it is recommended to place the amplifier in a place where at least 3 diodes glow blue.
