Bluetooth 5.4 and low latency

Range up to 18 meters without breaking the connection. Pairing takes fractions of a second out of the case. With an ultra-low latency of 41 to 50 ms, the audio is perfectly synchronized with the picture — perfect for watching movies and playing mobile games.

1. What charger should I charge my headphone case with? We recommend using standard network chargers with 5V / 1A parameters or charging from a USB port on your computer. Please avoid so-called. fast chargers (e.g. Fast Charge, SuperCharge, Power Delivery) used for modern smartphones, because higher voltage can permanently damage the battery in the charging case.

2. How to start an active noise reduction (ANC) system? To manage ambient sounds, click the button on the right earbud quickly 3 times. Each subsequent triple click switches modes in the loop: ANC ON (insulation) ➔ Transparency mode ➔ ANC OFF (standard mode).

3. What should I do if one earbud has stopped playing or my devices don't want to pair? In rare cases, Bluetooth sync suspension is suspended, just perform a quick reset:

1. Remove ("Forget") Aurasport ANC headphones from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
2. Turn off Bluetooth.
3. Insert both headphones into the charging case (make sure the contacts adhere and charge well) and wait about 20 seconds.
4. Remove them, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and reconnect.

4. Can I swim or shower in the WENOM Aurasport ANC headphones? No. The headphones are certified waterproof IPX5. This means that they are completely sweat-resistant during the toughest workouts in the gym and on the pouring rain when running outside. However, they are not designed to be fully submerged in water (swimming pool) or exposed to hot steam and pressure (shower).

5. How do I call the voice assistant on my phone? To talk to Siri or Google Assistant, you don’t need to pull out your phone. All you have to do is click the button on the left earbud 3 times.

6. Why do headphones sometimes stop charging in the case? This is usually due to the natural dirt of metal charging contacts (e.g. from sweat or dust). We recommend regularly wiping the contacts on the headphones themselves and the pins inside the case with a dry, soft cloth (e.g. of microfiber).

7. Can I control the volume from the headphones themselves? Yes! To turn up the music, hold the button on the right earbud longer. To turn it down, hold the button on the left earbud longer.
