INVENTO EL 85 is a set of four mobile lift columns designed to handle trucks, semi-trailers and machinery. The lifting capacity of each column is 8500 kg, which ensures a total lifting capacity of 34 000 kg.

Cordless power supply, wireless communication and adjustable fork spacing make it easy to organize the station and adjust the lift to the vehicle being operated.

🛡 Security and synchronization

Microprocessor control is responsible for synchronizing the operation of the entire set. The electrohydraulic control system aligns the position of the trolleys and the maximum allowable alignment error between the columns is 50 mm.

The system is equipped with:

• Hydraulic pistons with safety valves located inside the cylinders,
• overload protection valves,
• automatic electromagnetic controlled mechanical locks,
• mechanical lock of the fixed height,
• electrical protection,
• messages about incorrect connection of columns and the operating status of the lift.

Each column has a control panel with a color display, so the set can be controlled from anywhere in the configuration.

The control column is equipped with a large touch screen that allows you to set:

The screen shows the current state of the system and displays advice and messages about detected problems.

🔋 Battery powered

Each column is equipped with two high-capacity batteries, charged from a 230 V network. This solution allows you to work without wires between the columns and ensures high independence of the entire system.

If necessary, the columns can be connected with cables included in the set.

🔧 Adjustable forks

Fork spacing can be adjusted between 240 and 624 mm. This allows you to adjust the lifting arms to the supported wheel without the need for additional adapters.
