2.4 GHz connection and Bluetooth
Enjoy the ultimate gaming performance with a 2.4 GHz wireless connection with a 1000 Hz refresh rate. To ensure smooth multitasking on your computer, phone and tablet, you can effortlessly connect the V8 Max via Bluetooth 5.1 to three devices.
Two receivers
For a better 2,4 GHz wireless experience, the V8 Max is equipped with Type-C and Type-A receivers. Enjoy fast connection and use. You can also hide them in the magnetic keyboard compartment in the upper right corner.
Epic core inside keyboard
The powerful ARM MCU architecture equipped with 256K Flash memory will give developers more flexibility. The refresh rate is 1000Hz right out of the box, which makes the delay barely noticeable even in competitive games.
PBT Double Shot keycaps with OSA profile
These PBT Double Shot keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and a SA-like shape. We called them OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycaps. PBT keycaps provide excellent oil resistance, improve keyboard feel and prevent legends from fading.
Toggle layouts between macOS and Windows
Built for Mac users while maintaining compatibility with Windows devices, the Keychron V8 Max keyboard comes with a system switch and an additional set of custom keycaps for Windows and macOS. You can now save two different layouts on your keyboard, one for each system.
Double-Gasket design
By using Double-Gasket along with a PC (polycarbonate) board, the V8 Max reduces acoustic resonance for softer and quieter typing and increased flexibility.

Open source QMK software means endless possibilities to change key settings, macros, shortcuts, and more. Now you can easily customize each key with the Keychron Launcher web application.
Hot-swappable
Hot-swap sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can install or change switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
South-facing RGB LED lights
The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight for the typeor with high-quality non-transparent PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB LED is also interference-free when users install alternative OEM or Cherry profile keycaps on the keyboard.
Switche Gateron Jupiter
The exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch has a 3-pin design, is factory lubricated to Gateron’s reliable quality standard, and has a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. The unique design of the LED diffuser provides high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer backlight effect.
Screw-in PCB stabilizers
Even a small part is important for the feel of the fingers. We have integrated screw-in stabilizers mounted on the circuit board to provide smoother typing with less wobble on large keys such as space bar, shift, enter and delete. Keychron V8 Max also supports screw-in PCB stabilizers from other manufacturers.
