WIRELESS SET WITH ONE RECEIVER

Logitech Cordless Desktop MX3000 Laser is a set combining the Logitech Cordless 3000 keyboard and the MX600 laser mouse, communicating with the computer via a common radio receiver connected via USB or PS/2 – when connecting PS/2, the keyboard uses a green connector and the mouse uses a purple one, while with USB one black connector is enough. The three LEDs on the receiver indicate Caps Lock, Function Key and Num Lock status because the keyboard itself does not have its own indicators. The receiver supports wireless signal encryption configured in three steps, which reduces the risk of interception by other devices nearby.

MX600 LASER MOUSE ON ANY SURFACE

The laser sensor tracks movement precisely even on denim, leather and glossy surfaces, where traditional optical sensors fail. The seven buttons include left and right clicks, a scroll wheel, back and forward buttons for browser navigation, and a zoom switch with a separate button to restore the view to 100%. Powered by two AA batteries – with the ability to run on one – it provides up to 6 months of operation, much longer than the competitive MX1000 with a built-in battery for about a week.

KEYBOARD WITH REBUILT KEY BLOCK

The Insert, Home, End, Delete, Page Up, and Page Down keys have been reorganized from a 3x2 layout to 2x3, with the Insert moved to a row of function keys next to the Scroll Lock, and Delete taking the place of two standard keys. The arrows in the inverted T layout are placed lower than typically, and the left Windows key is removed from the layout. The F mode switch changes the functions of F1–F12 keys to shortcuts for office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and functions for writing, printing, undoing and retrying. The flat profile without lift (zero angle tilt function) can be adjusted with the included tilt adjustment supports.

MEDIA AND SCROLLING CONTROL

The scroll bar supports vertical and horizontal movement, and above and below it are placed Page Up and Page Down keys and stop and undo buttons in the browser. A large, round volume knob with a mute button on the left and a set of multimedia keys (play/pause, stop, scroll songs, eject media, random playback, playlist) allow you to control music and video without reaching for the mouse.
