The stopwatch function with an accuracy of 1/100th of a second and the interval function (lap) give you the ability to measure results and the potential for their improvement.

The last five trainings conducted with the stopwatch are archived in history mode. There you will find all recorded intervals (lap).

You can program your own workouts directly from your watch to make individual progress according to your goals. Five available programming phases (warm-up time, effort, rest, number of repetitions and series, rest time between sets and mute time). Example: - 20 minutes of warm-up - 8 repetitions: 30 seconds of effort / 30 seconds of rest - 2 series - 2 minutes of rest between sets - 10 minutes of calming the body at the end of training.

You can use the watch while swimming on the surface of the water and in the shower after your workout. The watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM and its buttons can be used underwater.
