Four-column electrohydraulic lift for geometry

It is a professional workshop device, created for car services, diagnostic stations and workshops performing setting wheel geometry. Robust construction, advanced safety systems and high precision of operation make it an ideal solution for everyday intensive use.

The lift is equipped with platforms with selectable turntables and expansion plates, which allows convenient and accurate measurements of suspension geometry. This solution significantly improves work and increases the accuracy of settings.

A big advantage of the device is the mechanical height lock released pneumatically, which ensures the stability of the vehicle during operation and increases the level of operational safety. In addition, one of the platforms has an adjustable position, which makes it easier to adjust the lift to different types of vehicles and the specifics of the work performed.

The applied galvanized pre-stretched rigging guarantees high durability, wear resistance and reliability during many years of use. Large diameter rope wheels improve the working culture of the mechanism and increase the service life of the entire lifting system.

The lift also has a safety lock in case of loosening or breaking the rigging, which provides additional protection for the operator and the vehicle. The control is carried out using safe voltage 24V, increasing the safety of work in workshop conditions.

The device meets the requirements of EN1493:2010 standard, which confirms compliance with European safety standards for car lifts.

Optionally, it is possible to retrofit the device with an axle lift, which increases the functionality of the lift during service work.
