The ENA 5 menu is consciously focused on black coffee, but gives real variety with three extraction styles. There are espresso and coffee in the classic version, Cold Brew and Light Brew. Such a set allows you to adjust the drink to the time of day and the expected intensity: from concentrated espresso to milder coffee with a light profile, without having to manually experiment with parameters.
In hot brewing mode, ENA 5 prepares espresso and coffee in a way that emphasizes the nature of the beans. Espresso supports the P.E.P. Pulse Extraction Process, which optimizes extraction time and helps extract more aromatic substances from freshly ground coffee. For the user, this means a drink with a clearer structure and a more decisive taste profile, while maintaining simplicity of use.
ENA 5 prepares Cold Brew in a cold extraction process in which cold water flows through freshly ground coffee more slowly, pulsatingly and under high pressure. This approach promotes the extraction of fruity notes characteristic of Cold Brew and provides a naturally refreshing effect, without the impression of heaviness. It is a solution that allows you to get a quality drink, not just coffee chilled after brewing.
Light Brew in ENA 5 is brewed at a temperature of about 60°C and prepared with less coffee than in classic hot brewing. The result has a softer aroma, lighter character and is ready to drink immediately after preparation. This is especially practical in situations where you care about coffee with a calmer profile, without having to cool the drink.
The ENA 5 uses a 2,8 inch touch screen that simplifies drink selection and guides you through personalization. The user can adjust the intensity of taste in 10 levels, adjust the brewing temperature and set the amount of water. Thanks to this, the machine remains intuitive, and at the same time allows you to consistently refine your favorite settings.
Professional Aroma Grinder is responsible for precise grinding of grains, which is the foundation of repetitive taste. The grinder used supports a clearer aroma in the drink, and the whole was conceived as a proposal for espresso and coffee lovers prepared for one cup.
The tank capacity of 1,1 liters fits well into the compact design of the ENA 5, providing convenience without taking up excessive counter space. The 125 g grain container and the 10 serving grounds container support smooth use, and the 1,1 m cable facilitates the aesthetic positioning of the device at the outlet.
ENA 5 works with CLARIS Smart+ filter and automatic filter detection. This solution supports the maintenance of stable water parameters, which directly translates into the quality of taste, and at the same time helps to reduce limescale deposition.
ENA 5 provides a Wi-Fi connection to your home network and is compatible with the J.O.E. app, while the transmitter is not included. This means that mobile control functions can be activated after retrofitting with the appropriate module, and the machine itself is already prepared for such integration.
