PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR

• A: General network assignment issues and APP

  1. Check if the phone is connected to the 5G signal of the router, you should first switch to the 2.4G network connection of the router on the phone, and then use the device to assign the network.

  2. The router operates in dual-band mode, please refer to the router configuration instructions to disconnect 2.4G and 5G signals and connect to the 2.4G band.

  3. Once the network is tuned, the phone does not support Bluetooth and satellite tracking.

  4. Press and hold the Wifi button for 2 seconds to go into network mode. You will hear a beep and the Wifi icon will flash to confirm network mode; if you do not hear a beep and see a flashing Wifi light, press and hold the Auto button again.

• B: If you are using the device for the first time, it will not be available when turned on.

  When the device is turned on, a self-test lasting from 1 to 3 minutes is performed. During this process, all buttons do not work, there is no error and you can use them after the self-test is complete.
