The EasyDrill 18V-40 drill/driver is equipped with 1 18V lithium-ion battery with a very high capacity – 2.0 Ah. Thanks to the latest cell production technology, the screwdriver allows you to screw almost 300 6x40mm screws into wood with a single charge.

Lithium-ion batteries 18V / 2.0 Ah BOSCH are batteries without memory effect and self-discharge effect, in addition, they are resistant to irregular charging (recharging). Even after a long period of non-use, they are very efficient and ensure full readiness to work. They can be recharged at any time and there is no fear that they will be damaged.

In addition, the screwdriver has been equipped with the latest anti-overload systems – ECP electronic protection system and thermal energy management system.

Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) system from BOSCH thanks to which the service life of the battery and motor has been extended several times, it protects the battery and motor from overloading and overheating and prevents deep discharge of the battery.

The thermal energy management system from BOSCH is a system that regulates the operation of the device in the event of an overheating hazard. It ensures optimal heat dissipation, reduces the temperature of the battery and protects the cells from excessive heating during operation.

The EasyDrill 18V-40 screwdriver is as efficient as typical network screwdrivers, and at the same time more handy, lightweight and independent because it does not have a power cord. The serial equipment includes the latest generation charger – model AL 18V-20.

The AL 18V-20 charger from BOSCH is the latest charger with microprocessor control, equipped with a fast charging system, thanks to which within 60 minutes of charging the battery reaches 80% capacity, and within 80 minutes reaches a state of full charge - 100%. In addition, the charger is equipped with an intelligent battery temperature control system, thanks to which the battery is charged only in ideal conditions. All processes and any damage are determined using built-in LED indicators.
