How is astaxanthin used?

Recommended serving size: 600 mg (1 full scoop), preferably during a meal containing fats (e.g. lunch). Dissolve in 200 ml of lukewarm water before consumption (max. 40°C), stirring vigorously for several seconds. You can also add to smoothie or yogurt.
