Stretch the grid (preferably in two people) until the square shape of the meshes is obtained.
Trim the net according to the size according to your needs, maintaining a distance of 1 cm to the knots.
Drill holes for pegs and hooks in the walls and in the balcony railing. Alternatively, you can attach the net to the railing with clamps;
To better secure cats/other animals, avoid too large gaps by mounting hooks at smaller intervals
Drag the attached attachment cord through the first row of mesh stitches as shown in the adjacent illustration
Hang the fastening rope on the hooks and tie it at both ends
Let the net hang a little so the cat can't climb.
- Despite the protective net, the cat should not be left on the balcony unattended!
- In the event that your cat bites holes in the net, you should repair or replace the net for safety.
