✅ SPRINT 540 PRO is an electronic rectifier for charging and starting 12 and 24 volt batteries:

• WET (liquid - acidic)
• GEL (gel)
• MF (maintenance-free)
• AGM (with fiberglass mat)
• EFB (for vehicles with Start-Stop system)
• LFP (lithium iron phosphate)

The rectifier has a microprocessor control system, provides an automatic transition to the backup status when the required voltage is reached on the battery and an automatic resumption of charging after the voltage drops on the battery.

✅ SPRINT 540 PRO has 3 charging modes:

• GEL – gel batteries
• Lead Acid (AGM/STD) – acidic liquid batteries WET, AGM, MF and EFB
• Lithium – lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4)

With each type of battery, we have the option to choose the maximum charging current.

The device is equipped with a digital display, which, depending on the selected mode, can show: charging voltage or battery charge (%)

The device is equipped with protection: thermal, against the formation of sparks at the pole terminals, against short circuit poles, overload and reverse polarity.

✅ The 9-step charging process ensures optimal battery charging conditions.

The automatic control system will adjust each of the 9 charging stages to properly charge the battery:

• Diagnostic – analyzes the battery and checks whether it can accept charging current; prevents charging the damaged battery
• Recovery charge – low voltage batteries are pre-charged with low current but with increased voltage; very discharged batteries can be restored to a usable state and this ensures a longer battery life, the stage is skipped if the battery is minimally discharged and in good condition.
• Soft start – the rectifier gradually increases the charging current to reach the set charging current

• Pulse charge – the battery is charged with pulsed current (pulse fluctuations take place in the DC current range)
• Reconditioning – preparatory stage for bulk charge
• Bulk charge – constant current charging to the previously set voltage (14.4÷14.7V)
• Absorption charge – after reaching the required degree of battery charge, there will be a change to constant voltage (CV) charging and the charging process will be completed
• Evaluation diagnostic - automatic monitoring of battery voltage after charging
• Maintenance charge – stage supporting the battery (float) and monitoring its condition; resumes charging with reduced current if necessary.
