Modern Li-Ion batteries with intelligent BMS protection

In Bartimex devices we use lithium-ion batteries, which charge faster, are more durable and efficient than traditional batteries. Li-Ion batteries do not have a “memory effect”, so you recharge them at any time, and their self-discharge is very limited (approx. 10% per year).

Each Bartimex battery is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System), which monitors cells and protects them from overcharging, over-discharge, short circuit and overheating, ensuring safer operation and longer battery life.

Bartimex Share System (BSS) - one line of batteries, many tools

Bartimex power tools use the BSS (Bartimex Share System), which ensures battery compatibility within a given voltage line (20V, 16V, 12V).

This means that by purchasing more Bartimex power tools in the same voltage line, you can use the batteries you already have (e.g. 20V batteries fit all Bartimex 20V devices)*

Bartimex batteries are filled with high-quality type 18650 cells, not an “empty” housing. Thanks to more cells, they are heavier than cheap substitutes, which translates into more energy, longer working time and stable power under load.

Importantly, they reach real voltage above 20V, while cheaper batteries often have actually only 18 to 19V. Higher voltage means greater tool strength, easier work in hard material and no clear decrease in performance even with intensive use.
