The Phoenix Smart IP43 24V 16A (3) charger is an innovative device designed to efficiently charge three independent batteries. The three Phoenix Smart IP43 24V 16A (3) charging outputs offer three outputs, enabling simultaneous charging of three batteries, each with a full rated output current. However, the total output current of the charger does not exceed 16A, which ensures safety and stability in any configuration. Thanks to the adaptive charging algorithm, the device automatically adjusts the absorption time to the degree of discharge of the battery, ensuring its optimal protection against overcharging. In case of deep discharge, the charging time is extended, which guarantees a full charge. In turn, with small discharges, the absorption time is shortened, which speeds up the charging process. The charger is equipped with numerous protections, including reverse polarity, short circuit, and overheating. The BatterySafe system automatically controls the voltage increase, preventing excessive gassing, which increases the safety of use. Thanks to these solutions, the device is ideal for working in difficult conditions, such as yachts or stationary installations. If the battery is not used for 24 hours, the charger automatically switches to storage mode, reducing buffer voltage, which minimizes corrosion and gas secretion. This feature also prevents the battery from sulphating, which significantly extends its lifespan.
