Automatic identification is based on the actual voltage of the battery. When connected, the power indicator light of the corresponding battery type is lit and the voltage identification range is 12 V (10,8 V – 14,5 V); 6 V (1 V – 7,5 V). (Note: If the battery is over-discharged and the voltage is too low, it may not be recognized correctly.)
