Double-sided quilted nonwoven fabric is a modern technical material made of two layers of durable nonwoven fabric and a middle rebound layer. All layers were permanently connected by ultrasonic quilting.

The result is a lightweight, flexible and resistant material with a thickness of approximately 3 mm, which is ideal for packaging and protecting products.

Professional protective mat designed to protect products during transport, storage and packaging. Thanks to the three-layer construction, it effectively protects surfaces from scratches, abrasions and mechanical damage.

The material consists of:

✔ middle layer of fluffy cushioning nonwoven fabric (bumper) 60 g/m²

The whole has been permanently combined by ultrasonic welding into a regular point pattern every 2,2 cm, which ensures high strength, stability and even distribution of the cushioning layer.
