The device integrates two independent inputs: from the vehicle alternator and from the solar panel. While driving, the recreational battery is charged from the generator, and after a stop, switching to photovoltaics is done automatically. This eliminates the need to carry separate chargers and reduces the risk of being left without electricity in a remote location.
